How to make a booking ?
- Please telephone 01323 411772 to check availability of the dates required and to make a provisional reservation. If there is no answer please leave your name and number on the answer phone and we will get back to you.
- Return the completed booking form with the deposit of £30.00 for each week of stay (rental period e.g. 2 weeks = £60). On receiving the deposit/full payment, we will send you confirmation of your booking. Cheques to be made payable to Dolphin House.
- The balance of payment must be received 6 weeks in advance of the first day of the holiday period – no reminders are sent.
- In the event of there being at the time of booking less than 6 weeks to the arrival date, the full amount is due for a firm booking of the flat.
- Holiday insurance is best taken out at the time of booking as no refund can be made on a booked flat.
