Thank you for your enquiry about our holiday flats at Dolphin House. Frequent Dolphins Discount: You will see that we have introduced a new lower rate for ‘Frequent Dolphins’. We are extremely pleased when people return to us and to show our appreciation we are now offering this new discount. So, if you have stayed with us before, you will qualify for the ‘Frequent Dolphins’ rate which we think represents outstanding value - especially in the off-peak season! Booking your Stay at Dolphin House: To make a booking, please telephone 01323-411772 to check availability or book online. If we are not available, please leave your message and telephone number on the answer phone and we will return your call as soon as possible. We will then hold your booking provisionally for 5 days, pending receipt of the booking form and a deposit of £30.00 per week, or the full payment if you are sending the booking form less than six weeks prior to your date of arrival. Please make your cheque payable to ‘Dolphin House’ and return the form and cheque to the correspondence address given below. When we receive your deposit/payment we will send you confirmation of your dates and flat number together with the date your final balance is due. We do not send acknowledgement of receipt of the final balance, unless you specifically request this. You will receive the key and further information by mail approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, so that you can arrive at your convenience after 2.00 pm on the Saturday.
